Not all of Cali, only L.A. mostly. In the Bay/Northern Cali, Mexicans influenced by black culture and bang on racist Surenos keeping them in check. Nobody and I mean nobody of any race like racist Southern Mexicans in Northern Cali. They call em scraps. They are outcasts up north.
L.A. basically Mexico though. Most of L.A. culture comes from Chicano culture keeping it a buck. And Mexicans outnumber nikkas ten to one in L.A.
Numbers matter. Anywhere a race has numbers, that race has more respect from other races in the streets. Anywhere a race is a peripheral minority, the worse they get treated. In Baltimore it’s the opposite because brehitos have no numbers and historically tacos have no place in Baltimore, so nikkas beat them up and even kill them for no reason.
