Not all of Cali, only L.A. mostly. In the Bay/Northern Cali, Mexicans influenced by black culture and bang on racist Surenos keeping them in check. Nobody and I mean nobody of any race like racist Southern Mexicans in Northern Cali. They call em scraps. They are outcasts up north.
