Nah man, Poles chose his agent's client as the hire PLUS signed him to 5 years or whatever nutty ass shyt. This is 100000% on Poles.
Even went up there and said retaining Flus was his singular decision, and we now find out nobody else was rocking with it. Let me harp on that "continuity" BS again. I don't believe it was anything except a pleasure move to Armstrong. Who keeps a 30% winrate HC, literally the franchise worst, for continuity? Flus even got new coordinators to stay alive.
I hope Poles understands marrying himself to his agent's list was the fork in the road for his own job security.
