A coach would come because the team has talent. In my opinion they need a guy like Vrabel who is a tough guy and he won't accept the offensive line being so lousy.

Caleb has been awful these past two weeks missing easy throws,holding on to the ball for to long and his footwork has been awful 
He's like a less athletic but more polished version of Josh Allen his rookie year you can see the talent but he needs to work with Jordan Palmer this offseason his footwork is awful in the pocket Troy aikman made a good point last night a good Offensive coach can help Caleb know what he is looking at and where he is supposed to go with the ball Liam Coen,Joe Brady and Ben Johnson should be the bears only three options

Ironically Williams is the only reason you would keep pace, he is not the reason he would be fired.
Rebuilds aint posed to take 3 years in the nfl.
He needed to overspend to get the oline in order this past season but wanted to be the smartest guy in the room and thought he could patchwork the trenches together. And Henry/Saqoun could have been deadset on the teams they on now, but if poles offered them 3-5 mill more per year they turning it down?

Well, it looks like half of the teams ahead of the bears need a QB.
It may be easier to overspend in FA to fix the line or at least part of it.
