It could be a variety of reasons why they can’t afford it. Employer doesn’t offer, minimum wage job, etc..why aren’t they getting priority over the illegal immigrants?

It's very telling that it becomes "fiscal responsibility" whenever it involves someone non white, the inherent selfishness of people making regular pay's absurd arguments about "my tax dollars" is thinly disguised racial bias.
