all things calisthenics in here. First thing I wanna do is debunk this bs about not being able to make gains with them. If you can't add weight, TAKE AWAY LEVERAGE and it's almost harder than heavy weight. Don't be doin no high rep shyt until the end. You can also add a resistance band.

hip pushups: place your hands low near your waist and do pushups. best done on fists or with handles.
one arm pushups.
parallel dips: obviously.
chins and pullups: obviously.
bulgarian split squats: (with or without the jump)
