Call me crazy, but I thought getting millions of dollars to play a professional sport should be more important than the city you are in (ACE BAILEY)

Ace needs to thank Utah they picked him because it would have been more bread out the window.

I think alotta fellas don’t want to go to the team they end up in. I was listening to Simmons pod and one of them dudes mentioned that Curry was upset when he went to Oakland. But alotta fellas got a good circle around them.

I can’t think of any agent that has had shytty a run as Omar Cooper has now established. He fukked his own kid with bad draft intel. Okoro is probably two more steps from being out the L (and that’s my Auburn breh I don’t mean that disrespectfully) (edit: Okoro is no longer repped by Omar). Ace got his nose tooted up after already taking dings to his stock from his style of play and his height. Breh also only has like 3 athletes under his wing, one of which is Babatunde Akingbola, a mf that rode the bench for like 2 straight seasons for us.

I gotta blame Ace and his fam for not dipping on Omar. Almost all of Omar’s connections are McEachern HS or local based, so I’m assuming this is how they got linked, but cmon bro.

HOW IN THE HELL IS
THERE SUPPOSED TO BE A BALANCE
IN THE LEAGUE IF ALL THE
ROOKIES CAN GO WHEREVER THEY WANT?

NONE OF THOSE OCCUPATIONS
YOU TALKING ABOUT ARE MAKING
NBA MONEY SO NO LIMIT
ON HOW MUCH THEY CAN MAKE
IS LAUGHABLE

There’s no balance now. This idea that EVERY player will want to go play for the lakers or Knicks is dumb. Second contracts, development and playing time will still be a factor in kids decisions.

He kept looking around hoping a trade would be announced. Even wore the utah hat sideways so the logo wasn't visible. I think the wizards might have worked him out and that was his preferred destination. A lot of young players want to go there because there's a youth movement and enough playing time to have a good second contract.

The culture of "giving ultimatums and forcing your way to go where you want to play " has always been odd to me. You are literally a millionaire playing a game 99% of the world plays for fun, I don't get it?

A Sixers reporter just mentioned that Markelle Fultz would not even work out for the Sixers if there was not a guarantee that they were drafting him. Yes I know this is not a new phenomenon. Kobe forced his way out of the Hornets drafting him, Steve Francis forced his way out of the Vancouver Grizzlies, etc

But it always seemed odd to me

This isn’t by choice

Do you get it now?!!
