Other than the "storm" mechanic, you can't copyright a basic "last man standing/ free for all" type of game play.
Um no. This is exactly how the game works though. It’s exactly the same, just FPS and more weapons and vehicles. The map even looks the same.

Listen I'm not saying the games aren't copying off of eachother, but this idea that one should sue the other is pointless. None of them have inventing anything. Everything we are seeing has already been done on a smaller scale. If PUBG wants to get mad at anyone it should be themselves. If they didn't see this coming down the line then they deserve to go out of business. Coincidentally I've been watching Shark Tank on and off the last few days and one thing they ask all the time is "What's to stop one of the bigger companies from seeing your idea, executing better than your company and stomping you out?" These are the real world issues businesses have to consider. In the battle royale genre there is no real IP that can be protected. All of this is a piggy back of established modes.
Anybody on Xbox got a review on this game for kill confirm and domination? Are the boards cool?
