Yep. Some of these old heads here are saying that the rap game is still like 2007 where one hit wonders still dominate the charts.

They could just make tracks without words at all if lyrics didn't matter. Since they choose to include some type of vocals, why shytty quality? It is called Rap Music by most people.

The genre is bigger than one type of music. Same people like myself will be at the club or in a car banging Ross,future, or 2 chainz . Would be at home listening to Kendrick , Nas , Jay , andre 3k

I think their is certain hip hop for certain times. I am a big Charles Hamilton Fan but im not gonna play his music at a get together.

The newer generation is much more diverse most people i know have Migo and J cole in their ipod.

The genre is really well rounded.

im just happy hip-hop is so versatile. i can bang waka at the gym, get hype to 2 chainz at the club, smoke 1 at home with curren$y on the stereo or just cruise my city listening to jeezy or whatevz. feelin' :blessed: at all these choices.
