Idk but I'm not shy w/ using my time. When I'm really sick I call out cuz why get others sick? And when I need a mental health day I call out too lol. I have abt 30 days to use and I keep accruing so why not. PTO 
Only once this year and i was actually sick and had a doctor's excuse so i guess you can say none.

Only time I called out sick was when I went to strip club on Sunday night and didn't wake up till noon that Monday. Job was all calling me like omg are you aight. I was hung over and sounded like shyt so it went along with my excuse. That being said I haven't called out period in like 3 yrs at this point.

Our company pretty relaxed with it, I aint abused it here cause I can take half days or just leave early without anyone asking me anything generally, if my workload is cool, nobody cares

I call in alot lol but we have a good attendance policy you have to be late or call in alot to be in trouble from attendance.How many times yall ever called in sick for work?

This year alone I've called in 3x. But I've texted my bosses saying I can't make it about 4-5x.
