:childplease: Makeshift baths, dude should just take showers out at home. That fry shyt doesn't even make you smell like that if you shower regularly.

“I hate when my boss tells me she won’t give me a raise because she can smell me,” he said.

:russ:

We should reward underachievers now :rudy:

Working at McDonalds is easy as fukk, these magazines always try and get sympathy cause the people writing them never had to do real work so too them it's "hard".

This guy pays 360 a month in rent and is struggling?

I don't get it

Im not blaming old head for his messed up situation but something is off. He's either a convicted felon or sucks at math because just being in a store that long you would through osmosis know how everything works, so theres not reason he couldnt be an assistant manager or store manager, shift leader something.

fukk at those levels the only thing you need is incrementing math skills, as shift leaders you might set the rest of the stores shifts making sure nobody gets overtime.

As assistant store manager, you might check up on the shift leaders work, and handle food orders for the store, then at store manager you gotta make sure your stores money is right and everybody under you is gettin right.

Something...........:leostare:...........something :wtb: something...............isnt right. and i want to completely put it all on the business side of things.

I agree that something isn't right. The reason he isn't moving up is because he's moving from franchise to franchise. They set their own rates so every time he moves, he starts back at square 1.

I don't shyt on anybody for their situation, but he should have BEEN out of there. He could get a factory job or something and he'd be good right now.

I don't get the concept of paying someone $15 to do a menial job. These jobs aren't meant to be long term/ made into careers. They are supposed to be stepping stones. You get your foot in the door, gain some skills and move on. I'm sorry but I can't feel bad for him.

WORD!!!!! Fast food joints should be a place where you work, whilst tryna find a better job. Them places are unfair, the amount of work you put in and money you make dont square up
