We've seen good/great teams get held back by mediocre qb play before. Jalen actually makes plays. He does his job, does it well, and he does it well often when it matters the most. We've seen him outplay Mahomes in TWO Superbowls.
What more do you want? Dont penalize him because he has a gm thats also good at his job.

Hurts is the 2020s version of Aikman.
Gets the job done and plays big in the clutch, but isn't seen as being on THAT level for whatever reason.
Both started at one school but transferred after they were replaced and the backup QB won a natty (Holieway and Tua).

I always ask myself - if you took any of the top QBs and placed them in Dak's spot, would any of them have rings (no other changes to the rosters from 2016 until today).
Outside of his first year, I'm not sure Mahomes, Jackson, Allen, Burrow, peak Stafford, Hurts, late career Brady etc., could win a ring here.
I'm not giving Dak a pass....but rather showing that changing him wouldn't really add anymore Lombardi's to the trophy case. They'd have more NFC title game appearances and a few more regular season wins. Their issues existed before Dak and would still be issues even if they drafted Mahomes or Allen.
