Snitching is among co-defendants, or some in your crew
Dry snitching is implying someone may have did something.
Snitching is when you're sure that they did it and you tell the police.
Again Dry snitching is "hear-say"
This is snitching my dude.
You and I commit a crime, one of us gets caught and dimes the other out to get a lighter or reduced sentence or perhaps probation. Snitching can only be done by those in co-hoots i.e. 1st hand knowledge of the crime or criminal activity. If you are part of a crew and wasn't present of a particular crime, you need corroberating evidence i.e. someone else in the crew has to co-sign the statement.
A citizen that witness the crime is not a snitch.
There is no consequences to dry snitching then it isn't snitching dry or wet.
