I think part of it has to do with content and what constitutes as viral hits. I am 37 but when i talk to younger guys, they all still say #nohomo or #pause. These are guys that are 7-10 years younger than me but associate that with Cam and Mase. Cam obviously will leverage that for advertising revenue and other sorts of income that comes from being a talking head. He's still a grown man with wealth and responsibilities.

That is a reason why Ma$e and Cam sound and act different from the likes of Nas and Jay.

Jim essentially has handlers and 50 has legit street ties. Why 50 was runnin with Jim is the same reason he was with 69 and Soulja. 50 strong armed Jim coz 50 and trey way are cool. More than cool.
