In Pittsburgh alone, only half of the homicides have been solved. 85% of the victims are black

Take a look at the solved/unsolved chart in this link : Pittsburgh’s repeating tragedy of unsolved black homicides

"Eighty-five percent of the city’s murders over the past six years have had a black victim"

"Also in that period, a staggering 97 percent of unsolved cases had a black victim. Pittsburgh’s population is roughly a quarter African-American."

That's actually true; however, they have to be caught first, and that's with minimal help from the neighborhood, you know "no stitching," so if the people that know who did it won't cooperate, where does that leave you? Back to square one again... Now, if there was this massive showing of outrage, blacks had zero tolerance for the dumb shyt that goes in in their neighborhood, then there would be more arrests, less criminals running around, so your point is moot.

Its really no different than terrorism. Arab Muslims are painted as the face of it but the overwhelming majority of domestic terrorist are white. When they commit terrorist acts, they separate the perpetrators from the rest of the cacs.
