Who had the best gimmick change 2Pac or Nas?

2Pac: made his debut as a dancer with Digital Underground during their ring entrances and decided to get in the ring with the Black Panther gimmick but the neckbeards weren't feeling it. Changed to the Thug Life gimmick and started getting over and had a nice little mid card run as a baby face. Was turned on by Bad Boy and got with Suge Bischoff and became a heel and got a nice run as champion until he overdosed. His feud with Biggie ushered in the East Coast vs West Coast era.

Nas: started out as a humble mc with a good workrate but couldn't get past the mid card. Changed to the Esco gimmick and got over with a few championship runs but his work rate dropped and he got lazy. Jay-Z lit a fire in him and he came back strong with his Stillmatic gimmick and has been eating good.

I'd have to go with Pac. Everyone remembers how he was a low midcard talent with potential but not getting anywhere. It wasn't until he won the king of the booth tournament and cut his infamous promo that showed the world he was ready. Shakur 3:16 says i just fukked your bytch. That statement led to one of the greatest feuds of all time between him and The Biggie aka The Notorious One. That feud was the standard for which all other feuds were compared to. It ended in a way nobody wanted it to. Which is why when CeNas started his character change in order to elevate himself from the midcard, and started feuding with other rappers, the industry was weary about how the run was gonna be booked, in order to not avoid past mistakes.
