The most I know about is the Succoyant, which is a demon hag that sheds it's skin, turns black and runs around trying to drain the blood of children so you walk with salt and such, but it's more than likely akin to some sort of demon/folklore shyt...but the venue is a weird one, or just the framing without context got it looking weird.
