Can someone explain the logic of why wings are so expensive

In the chi you can regularly get 20 whole wings for under 20 dollars

Demand. The price for businesses to order wings from vendors is high, therefore they have to charge a reasonable price to consumers to make sure they are getting a proper return on investment.

shyt is ridiculous.

No shortage of chicken and it’s not like these are wings from full grown chickens being used for wings.

And how much effort goes into throwing like 20 into the hot grease and putting sauce on it afterwards. There were times you could get 10 cent wing specials at bars and beast if you wanted to and not even places like BWW are on some BS with their pricing.

I never preferred wings over other parts of the chicken even as a kid, I didn't see the popularity, paying all that money for tiny wings - still be hungry after a 10 piece, I'd rather eat a thigh or breast

Even at the grocery store, a little pack of wings might be $5 but a big ass pack of drumsticks the same price why would I pick the wings

The average order for the rest of the chicken is like a 3 piece



You not going to be able to keep up with the same supply of wings as legs breast and thighs
