A gallon is a lot for one workout but it might be better than having to refill a bunch of times and/or make a line @ the water fountain![]()
but what is the point though? is it even healthy to drink that much water though? i always see a lot of guys in the gym walking around with those big gallons of water. they all are huge too. sometimes, i wonder if there's any gains to doing that such as the building up the muscles and other times, i just wonder if they're just showing off or exaggerating how strong they are. it sort of makes me want to copy them but then i think it's unnecessary. i don't get it.
