We do know they have cheated in various ways in the pastLet's ignore that Karl Voss is the NFL Lead Frequency Coordinator and Broadcast Engineer. That both teams had issues. That the NFL provides the equipment and controls the broadcast frequencies and that the NFL released a statement saying they provide the equipment and that there was a malfunction involving power and weather that they resolved.
