Starting QBS in the NFL this week

Brock Osweiler
Tannehill
Ryan Fitzpatrick
Jay fukkin Cutler
Josh Mcnown
Nick Foles

Jameis is better than all of those bums
He's not better than Tannehill, Cutler and Foles aint a damn starter

He was the #1 pick in the draft being better than Osweiler, Fitz or Mccown don't mean nothing

ATL…overly
I'd say he's slightly better than Matt Ryan his first two years so far (no troll) :yeshrug:

Up to him and the organization for him to progress to another level.

As far as managing the game, accuracy, overall feel for the pro game Matt was/is light years ahead of where Jameis is in year 2. And he was taking a team post Vick to back to back winning seasons for the first time in franchise history. Jameis has gotten alotta empty yards playing from behind. He's just an average QB :yeshrug:

that's another bullshyt line of thinking that needs to stop when it comes to black qbs...no one wins without talent around them, i dont care who you are...joe montana didnt win without talent around him....elway, brady, warner, manning, farve, bradshaw, arod, etc....yea, you can win some games, but you dont win a ring without talent.... yet when it comes to black qbs, they are expected to win it all with waterboys and concession stand employees as teammates....

as for your second point: without jameis, that team would have a worse record and be worse off, so what are you saying?....even though he's on a shytty team, he still should be carrying them to a division title cause 'he should be making his teammates, coaches, the entire organization better'....lol ok....

Jameis is a mediocre QB. Ask actual Bucs fans, his play AT BEST has been decent. Y'all wanna throw the black QB card out, judge Jameis on his play individually. He's been mediocre...decision making, accuracy, game management, he's just an average QB. Could he use better coaching/talent? Sure. But so could every other QB in the league

Can't believe people are this stupid and don't know football. Tampa isn't a good team all around. Look at Drew Brees. He putting up numbers and such but his defense is ass. Jameis is in the same boat. He leads them to a score and the defense gives up a score. :yeshrug:

You nikkas need to kill ya'll selves for real. Sound like them pale face b*stards. All these garbage white QB's in the NFL and everybody harpin on Jameis. Dude is far from a disappointment. :camby:

Hasn't improved I will definitely say that. Same decision making that fukked up him during first halves of the 2014 FSU season. Just no making it simple for him it seems. If he played in a simple ass system, I'd think he'd have the numbers. Not calling him stupid either. I just think he over thinks things

fukk FSU tho

I want to agree with this thread but the problem is he has a coach that doesn't trust him and puts him in bad situations.

He has his flaws, turns the rock over entirely too much is seriously inaccurate

but still his coach doesn't trust him to the point where he's overly conservative, TB will run on 1st and 2nd down creating 3rd and 8 situations......and yet he's expected to succeed. It's ridiculous.

He's definitely better than Tannehill, and shows more potential as well.

Tannehill is garbage, he's a more error prone Alex Smith.

I'm a Mariota stan, but Winston still looks fine this year.

Sophomore slump is what happens to nearly every QB in the NFL. Mariota had his this year too. Winston is still at league average in QBR.

Big issue is the decision making, like I said before they were even drafted. Mariota's #1 asset was that his decision-making was incredible. For Winston, his picks have always given him a red flag on that front. I think he's actually doing better on that than he did in college, but he needs to improve to stay starting in the league and become what he could be.

Yet when people use this defense for Luck it's a bunch of morons coming in and blaming him. :francis:

The lack of knowledge in this thread astounds me. Jameis ain't a dink and dump QB. He's throwing down field. Imagine a 22 year old Roethlesberger throwing to one receiver. He's gonna be inconsistent. He's not gonna be a consistent 300 yards and 2-3 TDs every game throwing down field to Evans and a bunch of dudes from the Brett Favre wranglers mud football commercial.

If y'all wanna decide whether he's a bust or a HOFer after every game, that's cool, but I'll judge on a bigger sample size. He already had one of the GOAT rookie seasons and his numbers will probably be better this year. So y'all keep overreacting to a single game sample size.

this is something that happens far too often and needs to be brought up more to call the league on their bullshyt...i'm not just talking about jameis, i'm talking about black qbs in general....teams never seem to get them high level talent after they see them succeed with shyt talent around them....and then when it doesnt work out, they throw the qb under the bus instead of pointing out he didnt have good talent around him....but when they get a less talented white qb, they go out and get the best talent in the world....if it works, they then claim it's the qb and not the difference in talent....it's obvious bullshyt people need to start calling out...
Agree with you 100 percent bruh. Maybe it's just bad drafting or something but it seems to be a lack of talent around a lot of these black QB's. Only Luck can compare with the lack of talent around him on his squad.
