Step 1:
World Population by Gender

Men - 3,900,000,000
Women - 3,800,000,000
Difference - 100,000,000 less women
p*ssy Premium - 3,800,000,000 / 100,000,000 = 3%
So off bat we know there is a worldly gender in-balance. More men than women. So there is, in fact, a premium on p*ssy at about 3%
To assign a value to p*ssy, we are going to use minimum wage as the benchmark. Because we are taking global population numbers, we need to use a global minimum wage.
Step 2:
Global Wage

Avg worldly wage per year - $18,000 (in USD)
Wage per day (8 hour working day assumption) = (18,000/365)/8 = $6.16 per hour (in USD)
Wage per minute (60 minute hour assumption) = $6.16/60 = $.10 per minute (in USD)
So the average global working wage per hour is $6.16 which is a little over 10 cents per minute.
To assign a value to p*ssy, we need to now figure out how much time it's in use by men.
Step 3:
Sex by the Numbers

Avg time of sexual intercourse - 5.4 minutes
With an assumption that men use p*ssy on average for about 5.4 minutes we can now assign a value.
Avg time of sex - 5.4 mins
Avg wage per minute - $.10 (in USD)
5.4 x .10 = $.55 (in USD)
p*ssy is worth 55 cents unadjusted. To adjust for the global p*ssy premium.
$.55 * 3% = $.014
$.55 + $.014 = $.57 (in USD)
Adjusted for global premium, p*ssy is worth 57 cents.
Now we need to adjust for country differences. This video appears to have taken place in the UK.
Step 3:
United Kingdom Adjustment - Wage

England minimum wage - 7.83 (in GBP)
English minimum wage converted to USD - $9.91
Global minimum wage - $6.16 (in USD)
English minimum wage - $9.91 (in USD)
English Premium - $9.91/$6.16 = 1.60

Global p*ssy assumption - $.57 (in USD)
English premium assumption - 1.60
$.57 x 1.60 = $.91 (in USD)
With all things equal, UK p*ssy is worth 91 cents unadjusted. But we need to factor in for population.

English Discount - 1,000,000/ 32,500,000 = 3%
Because there are less men than women in the UK, there is actually a discount on p*ssy of about 3%. We need to now discount the value of UK p*ssy.
UK p*ssy - $.91 (in USD)
UK p*ssy Discount - 3%
$.91 * 3% = $.03 (discount rounded in USD)
So $.91-.03 = $.89
Adjusted for UK population discount, UK p*ssy is valued at 89 cents.
This is a starting point however there are a number of factors that can be considered, including:

Color
Weight
Booty
t*ts
Age
Natural Hair
Intelligence
Job
# of Children
But all things being equal, and not taking other factors into consideration, the woman in the video's p*ssy has a nominal value of less than an Arizona Ice Tea.
Obviously, markets are determined by perceptions and what consumers are willing to pay so the fair market value for her p*ssy may be appraised for a bit more.
