Jay gets a lot of flack for that interview on the radio after Ether and deservedly so, but Ive always noticed Nas never gets flack for turning down that face to face battle for charity that Jay challenged him to.

I'm thinking if Nas had challeneged Jay to a face to face battle and Jay declined it would have been whole lot of for Jay.

Nas won battle with Takeover vs Ether,
Ether was a full song at Jay-z, Takeover was half a verse and some change of 3 at Nas. Mobb Deep got as much time as Nas. Takeover is still a classic song though if we just look at the 1st and 3rd verse + the beat , I wish he wouldn't have dissed Nas on that, it'll never get played live again
