The only ones that keep beating this deadhorse is stans(Of Both rappers). No matter how you slice it, Its been universally accepted and official that Nas was the WINNER of the battle. End of story. All of that other shyt afterwards(Jay making more business moves, Having dinner with buffet, Nas signing with Def Jam and having Child support problems) that happened many years later doesn't matter or even relevant to the battle that happened 11 years ago.
