That's metaphysical nonsense. You are. What is not, is not.

You are literally the collection of atoms that form your body, your mind is the result of your brain's ability to perceive stimuli. It's not some obscure realm or mystic dimension; it exists due to the mechanics of your body. This spirit and soul nonsense is for birds.

That's your opinion, spiritual belief has nothing to do with the merits of "hotepism" or lack thereof. There are lots of individuals involved in the higher sciences who believe in things like that, it's irrelevant to whether or not they should be respected in their fields of research.

:yeshrug: Do whatever you want. I'll be at the FedReserve in a few months working on monetary policy for the "real world," while part-time teaching urban students of the "real world" about the ways they can pay for college and issues in the judiciary system. :blessed:
Okay then. I can salute this.:leon:

First of all, why u got a cac in your avatar pic?

Second of all, the fact that you on some "Metaphysics is pseudo-science" bullshyt proves you are an uncle tom or a Caucasoid.
I have Salvatore Allende as my avatar. He was the first democratically elected Socialist leader of Chile :yeshrug:
And don't even try to lecture me on Metaphysics, I was almost a Philosophy minor :mjlol:
What makes not subscribing to a philosophical school of thought a symptom of Uncle Tomhood?
Edit: I almost thought my avi was the same as my Facebook avi :laff:

You're Nigerian and being willfully obtuse.
AFRICAN history is important, Hoteps ONLY talk about "Kemet" ask any of those nikkas about Benin.
Any of them.
They will have no idea what it is.
Ask them to tell you about Ethiopian history.
They won't know any.
Ask them about what's going on in Central Africa, the partition of Sudan and South Sudan, ask them about the Maghreb, ask them about the rise of Al-Queda in North Africa, ask them abouy Zimbabwe and colonialism/neocolonialism, ask them about South Africa and the fight for human rights, ask them about subjugation and Rwanda, ask them about ANY of those things.
None will know anything about it.
But they know about chakras, Kemet and third eyes and they'll talk to you for hours about it.
They're not even trying to actually understand Egypt, they just want to circle-jerk about how "we went from Pharaohs to slaves."

For one, people are allowed to be ignorant about certain subjects. No one knows everything. You have to start somewhere. How about instead of ridiculing people and calling them "hotep" you educate them on different things about the continent. How about that breh?

Like some of the things you talked about, I'm not informed on, but, I can talk about the Moors, Ancient Mali, the Zulus, Nok culture, Great Zimbabwe, Nubia, Yam, Aksum, more recent issues such as the Congo genocide, Rwandan genocide, alot of Ethiopian history, Thomas Sankara, Patrice Lumumba, Kwame Nkrumah, Berlin Conference, Hausa/Igbo/Yoruba/Mende/Dogon history etc, etc. It aint all about Egypt. But you sound like a clown trying to tell people what they can and can't talk about. I doubt you say this stuff to white people when they go on and on about Rome and Greece. You never hear them talk about Ancient Germania or Ancient Briton. You know....the areas their immediate ancestors are REALLY FROM. I don't see clown nikkas like you there to remind them like you're here trying to remind the "Hoteps" as you call them :rudy:

Oh come on now folks. I am all for having an open mind (:shaq: don't ask me how) but really? Spiritual realm?
Yes, spiritual realm. It's all subjective. Based on your perspective and understanding, whichever way you understand it best. If you see it as all being one, or being reflective either way is fine for where you are today, eventually you can expand your understanding.

One way it is explained is everything is energy/vibrations, but different frequencies and densities.
For example, we can feel a really deep bass literally shaking a car, but we can not see or feel radio waves, x-Rays or microwaves. Solids, liquids and gases we can feel but we can not feel something less dense like light. Energy is everywhere. Our mind/consciousness is also energy. Your brain uses electrical impulses, your heart does too. Every atom vibrates and has an electrical charge. When you are on a lower frequency you feel low, low energy, low mood. When you are on a higher frequency, you are high energy and high mood.

The law of conservation of energy says, energy is neither created or destroyed, only transferred or transmuted.

When you raise your arm, you are making the decision to raise your arm, when you listen to your thoughts, you are the one listening. You are energy, energy never dies. Spirit never dies. Your spirit is energy. And since everything is energy, you are just one expression of energy (source/God/the Universe). So that's the idea of we are all one, all part of source energy.

I'm dead serious. If you don't have enough imagination to realize that activating your melanin delcalcifies your pineal gland, then you are a self-hating, c00n, uncle tom. Y'all fukk niccaz always trying to ack all scientifical instead of really using your OWN brain.

Exactly. They think that because I (a so-called African American) identifies with Ancient Kemet and claim to be an Asiatic Cushyte, that means I'm somehow denying West African heritage and falsely claiming ONLY Egyptian lineage. The people of God have no recorded beginning on this planet. How am I ONLY from West African slaves? I'm a so called Egyptian (Kemitic) and from many other melanin rich tribes. It just goes to show how college education can make you dumber.

I've never, ever had to deal with a White person trying to talk to me about Rome and Greece.
The only person I know who is into ancient European civilizations is a douche-bag neo-Pagan Republican who was a part of Model UN when I was in it.
And willful ignorance is different from general ignorance. I am not well-versed in Abstract Mathematics, but I also don't try to push "Spiritual Mathematics" as the truth. :yeshrug:

I get the frustration. However is the ridicule they get unwarranted? I'd be more than willing to learn about anything that relates to African history more than anything else. But if you're going to teach it, do proper research and do not engage in fallacy, fabrications and other bullshyt to soothe your self-esteem.

A lot of what these cats spout is preposterous, I mean you're not your physical body I immediately dismiss whatever else you have to say.

go on. it's a conversation, be more specific than that

Well actually you're not your physical body. Or another way of putting it is, you're more than your physical body. That is, those of us who have souls.

So what buck was saying is correct.
