Um, okay. Are you going to actually post her name?

I feel like you are busy trying to pick apart what I am saying that you are not really comprehending what I am saying. You are arguing with me on points that we agree on lol. The main dispute seems to be what is reality. No, my perception is based on my perception. My reality is the same as your reality, the same as everyone else's. It is unaffected by the vagaries of human perception. Someone who is colour blind might perceive what is for us green grass as brown. You and I have a different perception than he does, however none of them actually affect the fact that the plant is able to absorb certain wavelengths of light (what our brains perceive as blue and red) but reflects others (what we perceive as green).
Which is my very point. Whatever fantasies we choose to believe in have no effect on reality. Your fantasy of a spiritual realm has no more relevance in the real world than a kid feeling awesome after watching dragon ball z and throwing himself out of a 9 store building.
Completely irrelevant. Much of what is and happens is not felt by us much less seen. If someone amputates your leg and throws it into the fields it will go trough a rotting process, various chemical processes will take place and the thing will decompose. You don't see it, don't feel, does it affect it? Millions of your cells die and are replaced every few seconds. You don't see it, don't feel, does it affect it? Again perception is perception, it is transitory, faulty and affected by bias. Reality is reality, it is absolute and governed by laws.
You know that emotions too are physiological phenomena right? They are not some spiritual thing that is being experienced by the soul or spirit. It's the result of neurochemical processes, not some mystical other worldly thingamajig. Again these things are way above our level of expertise, neuroscience is a complex and esoteric subject. Neither of us can speak on it with much authority.
When someone says they are feeling heavy and low, depressed, us in the non-spiritual community call that being sad or blue. We tell them to go get laid or something, we don't create a whole philosophy of nothing.
Again thoughts and emotions are just brain activity. So certain brain activity results in particular outcomes? like the releasing of cortisol? Awesome surely that means the spiritual realm is perturbed. What is even your argument?
Where do I go? I go nowhere. I am sleeping. What is this thing that has these paranormal abilities to go places in spite of myself? How do you detect it? What are its processes? its mechanics?
How is the spirit nonphysical if it is energy. We now what energy is and out it behaves, do we now change fundamental laws to fit this narrative? If the spirit is energy surely we can measure it, surely it has a mass, surely it is composed of matter. What is the mass of the spirit? What is it made of?
Have you seen that don't do that scene in good will hunting? Don't do that. Don't misuse a couple scientific sounding terms whose implications you do not really understand and run with it. Scientists devote their entire lives searching for the answer to these fundamental questions. They don't just feel like there is a place we tap into when we go to sleep after watching The Shinning.
Are you fukking serious.![]()
