MMS Salisbury Steak

ground beef
brown gravy(mash potato instant gravy works)
pack of mushrooms

1)form patties, start gravy and bring to simmer(mix in mushrooms)
2) put in medium skillet
3) cook for like 6 minutes
4) add gravy/mushroom mixture
5) cook for 3 more minutes
6) serve with broccoli and a hawaiian sweet roll

depends on what you consider healthy :manny:

im looking at food based on macros

youre getting: 60-70g protein @ maybe 800 cals at most

zinc, b vitamins, iron, arginine

not to mention its damn near the most delicious simple food i make :bryan:

at the end of the day, if youre anti pork/red meat for religious reasons or personal reasons i can understand

but theres nothing "unhealthy" about it from a nutritional standpoint

I like to keep it simple... Here is what I am eating tonight...

Chicken Breast marinated for an hour with chopped onions, Thyme, Rosemary, and this sauce:

I also have some Spinach and diced Squash that I am sauteing with Olive oil, diced Garlic, onions, and crushed black peppercorn...

A little Brown rice on the side and some Crystal lite pink lemonade and you're golden
