I could buy ps4 pro, xbox 1 s and scorpio and still have enough to save toward retirement and my sons college fund . Its NOTHIN!

Scorpio doesnt exist and there isnt one frame of footage to show its capabilities. Im not missing what i cant see and i dont make gaming decisions based on systems that only exist on paper.

I won't suffer for anytime. I'm getting both. I've never recommended getting only one console, I've just argued that they're similar overall, but that doesn't take away that they both have good exclusives.

What you think gonna be more hot? Scorpio that can play games that's already playable in UHD on PC or PS4 Pro or a PS4 that's dropping exclusives like Spiderman, Gow4, FFVII Remake etc?

I see Scorpio beneficial to dudes who ONLY play on Xbox which is not the majority..

Scorpio is a waste of time, I don't see why they even bothering at this point anymore like give it up. shyt is a done deal. Scorpio would've been a big deal had it been something that was launching this year. PsPro gonna probably be like $349 with crazy ass exclusives next year.

I don't have those issues either. I've always had every console and will continue to have every console for the foreseeable future.
Far as making a decision about console before even seeing it, you guys made your decision about the Neo the moment you heard the name.
Reality is this is larrys time to buck back. If they drop the ball on this one they deserve to go under the ground for ever, but chances are they won't since Sony didn't bring their A game with this Ps4 pro like they did with the Ps4. This stuff goes in cycles breh. But if the ps4pro works for you that's cool. The Scorpio is going to be more powerful and have a 4K player. That's a good look for them. At the end of everything, the most played games will be multiplats that look nearly identical on each platform. Console exclusives only getting bogged up on the coli where pissing matches are mandatory.

An Xbox Scorpio isn't going to be cheap. I think you're deluding yourself if you think it's gonna drop for $400 next year. Also Xbox having cross buy does me no benefit. I'm not buying the game on Xbox so it being cross buy means nothing to me. I can experience the same games on Xbox on PC without the Xbox. The same can't be said for PS4 exclusives.

Ya'll talking like 4K bluray playback is the ONLY thing that the PS4 Pro would've been able to do. It's a disappointment for some I understand, but to make it seem like the PS4Pro isn't an upgraded PS4 that plays games in much higher resolutions/framerates with graphical enhancements to boot is kind of ... strange. It's like people just literally went full Looney Tunes and ignored every other benefit and just kept harping on and on and on about a lack of 4K Blurays.

If 4K Bluray playback is so important for someone, then the XB1s is the perfect box for said person. Hell, some people probably already have 4K bluray players. I'd guess someone who's big into 4K bluray playback with a 4K TV now either owns a 4K bluray player or XB1s already.

For someone like me who rarely watches movies, I'll be blunt and say I simply don't care.

Oh I'm not pretending it's going to be $400. I said that would be game over price. I can see it realistically being at least $500. I hear you on the PC play stuff. Like I said, PC gaming really ain't for me like that though, so if I want to play those games I'll need an Xbox.

I think you're misunderstanding what was presented.

Everything they showed will benefit games and 4K streaming. 4K Bluray playback isn't required to get the benefits of any of the improvements they talked about. Netflix 4K, Youtube 4K, other streaming apps will all support 4K playback.

The games they showed are absolutely being run with higher quality assets rendered at a higher resolution/framerate than the PS4 does. If you have a 4K TV and you buy a PS4 Pro, you get all of these enhancements. 4K Bluray player is just a lack of being able to buy a 4K bluray movie and popping it in but you can watch that movie through other avenues.

Think of it how people played Xbox 360 on 720P/1080P TVs all last gen without a bluray player. They still was about to stream HD content though.
