It had great ideas but subpar execution. Disappointing movie but I didn't think it was as bad as some people are saying
i would have liked to see the Analyst use bullet time from Neo's perspective.
seeing it from the Alalyst's perspective was boring but it did provide a vehicle for him to quickly explain plot point and rules.
i also wanted to see more of the machines that joined the humans.
smh at the little machine that was just there to be cute, they aint even gonna market it to the kids ala Star Wars?
for better or worse Lucas laid out the template for marketing toys and shyt based off characters like that.
aesthetically speaking i prefer the OG design of the machines done by Geof Darrow, these new ones looked too smooth.
the force field and push got played out rather quickly but i understand that he is not at gawd level yet so i give that a pass.

new Morpheus was moist and too stuck up on some

Cast was terrible
Matrix 1 was a flawless classic
2 & 3 were great films
4 is between good & great. Very creative way to setup the plot ( i can't think of another way they could've followed up the story from 3)

Part 4 takes place 60 years after part 3. The real Morpheus died. Yaya plays a digital recreation of Morpheus. Im not so sure folks are understanding that part.

they needa drop animatrix 2 leave all this live action money grab bs alone and explore the matrix universe via animation they got a lot of stories to tell and many directions they can explore the possibilities are endless
