They denied it because I got fired. I also went back and forth with corporate and the gm (walmart/Sam's) because of how they loosely would follow policies and only enforced them when it worked for them. I modified my hours (coming early, stay late, coming on off days sometimes to be told to cut at the end of the week) to work for them tryna be helpful and then when the people who were in charge left or got promoted, they told me I never wanted to follow my schedule. Last time I spoke to them they were audibly annoyed like they just wanted me to stop bothering them and pretty much said it was at will employment anyway so it is what it is. Hoe ass shyt

No sir I was a top performer. Safety team, never said no, took care of everyone else before me unless it was lunch time, etc and no conduct violation. No negative statements or write ups or anything

I asked, because that is the only reason why you can be denied unemployment in Texas if you are fired. You have to be fired for misconduct. So I suggest you look into what category your firing came under.

Are you fukken serious? First thing you need to do is drop them off at the pet shelter or cat shelter, they will take of them better than you.

There will be up to a $25 (+ tax) per day non-refundable cleaning fee for the first six (6) nights per pet. Each day thereafter there is a pet cleaning fee not to exceed $15 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. This fee is to cover the cost of cleaning and fumigating guest room. If your reservation is for six (6) days or less, the pet fees for your entire stay will be due at check-in. For reservations for seven (7) days or more, the first seven (7) nights’ pet fees will be due at check-in and each seven (7) days thereafter until the end of your reservation. Service animals will be exempt from this charge. Pet fee is subject to change.


I wouldn't be surprised if this is the reason you are being kicked out.
