They denied it because I got fired. I also went back and forth with corporate and the gm (walmart/Sam's) because of how they loosely would follow policies and only enforced them when it worked for them. I modified my hours (coming early, stay late, coming on off days sometimes to be told to cut at the end of the week) to work for them tryna be helpful and then when the people who were in charge left or got promoted, they told me I never wanted to follow my schedule. Last time I spoke to them they were audibly annoyed like they just wanted me to stop bothering them and pretty much said it was at will employment anyway so it is what it is. Hoe ass shyt

I asked, because that is the only reason why you can be denied unemployment in Texas if you are fired. You have to be fired for misconduct. So I suggest you look into what category your firing came under.

Each day thereafter there is a pet cleaning fee not to exceed $15 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. This fee is to cover the cost of cleaning and fumigating guest room. If your reservation is for six (6) days or less, the pet fees for your entire stay will be due at check-in. For reservations for seven (7) days or more, the first seven (7) nights’ pet fees will be due at check-in and each seven (7) days thereafter until the end of your reservation. Service animals will be exempt from this charge. Pet fee is subject to change.


I wouldn't be surprised if this is the reason you are being kicked out.

What were you fired for?

To sue your job it needs to fall under one of the five protected classes. They are race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, and age. There is a little known sixth one too and that retaliation.

You need to go to the eeoc. You also need to find a comparator. For example, if they enforced polices for someone other you differently. But that person can’t be another black male the same as you, it has to be a women, other race, someone of different sexual orientation… That’s how you show the discrimination.

You need to have documented evidence, because they will have none compared to yours. For example, you can wire a work journal, like it’s you were keeping at work. You can write the shyt now and backdate it.

You also only have 6 months or 12 months from date of incident or incidents to file depending what state you in.

The goal is for the EEOC to accept your case. Then they will send your job a letter. Your job will likely choose the mediation box. Then you can sit down with they lawyers and they will cut you a check long as you don’t go too high

I don't know how accurate the website is, but we were initially paying almost 100 extra per week and it gradually went down to what it was sposed to be without them. Right now none of the charges include anything about pets.

They doing 75 dollar days singular, 328 weeks with phone reservation. Had no idea the reservation discount was even a thing or we would've started with that
