She didn't get that all the way up.

Also....I have a hard time believing those weights are real. Not many females can even get 315 partially off the ground, especially with that form. Hell a lot of dudes would struggle too unless they've been lifting for a minute. You ain't just walking into the gym and moving that with no training.

what are the consensus on deadlifts
Is it a safe efficient workout
Or is it something the average person shouldn’t be doing
All I know is a strongman said he doesn’t like it and his opinion should be valuable
If you use good form, it's a great lift.

Problem with squats and deads is people try to use too much weight because it looks cool to stack all those plates. Start low with weight and get the form right.

Slowly increase weight. If you hit a weight and your forn breaks down, lower the lbs until you can try again.

You can get away with bullshyt on the bench press (with a good spotter) but it's easy to fukk up your back bullshytting on squat/dead.

Honestly, i think deadlifts are useless af. Especially the standard barbell way.

It’s perfectly safe. It might not be optimal for everyone but it’s a fine movement.

Him not “liking” them doesn’t invalidate them.
