For people critiquing her form, it's not like she's posting a daily workout lol. Deadlifting that once is not going to destroy her back. It's doing that regularly that'll fukk you up.

But once in a while you'll be straight.

Honestly it's pretty crazy she did that when I don't think she hits the gym like that. Those are some crazy genetics :wow:


Edit: Deadlift and Squats are exercises where you really need to check your ego at the door. Form over function

I like doing Power Shrugs , hang cleans, full cleans, etc(football shyt). I dont do barbell deadlifting and I stick with the single leg KB DL for running maintenance.

Barbell Deadlifts are actually pointless as a civilian and do compress your spine no matter how good the form is. If you arent a good athlete, that moves well, you are most definitely doing more damage than good by deadlifting.

MOST PEOPLE in the gym have no business barbell deadlifting.
