Man , I can't even do one. I just hang there on the bar like a rotisserie chicken
At a certain point in life, i started only doing cardio and core exercises .I have no idea what muscle groups I need to fix it. It used to be so easy in my early twenties to knock out 20 of them .
If I wanted to at least do 5 of these shyts, is lat pull downs enough? Maybe a military press? I don't remember doing any specific exercises for it in my youth .![]()
I would recommend just hitting the bar and keep trying til you get one. Doesn’t matter how high you can pull yourself, just pull yourself up and keep at it
