Could potentially help by lessening the amount of daily food digestion.

In regards to fainting. Your body is extremely resilient. If you eat well you should generally be fine.
What if you skinny breh with a gut but your BMI is healthy? Should only bulk and later on fast?

Ehhh bulk could mean a lot of things but in regards to IF as you know it, it’s a calorie restriction tool so think of it in that respect.

I need to figure out how much I need to eat. I eat usually 3 times a day or twice a day if off work.

I last ate was late 5ish early 6ish pm. If I want to lose this gut, don't eat tonight. I just took a shyt and I been drinking water.

do sit ups.. most u can do every night.

and max out ur cardio..

What u usually eat
Bakery shyt, meats, potato, spaghetti, hot dog winnies, rice, beans, plantains, some fried veggies, fried fish, and other shyt I can't recall.

Dude used to have an OG MySpace page. Anyway he was fat, flabby and sick. He started jumping rope, in addition to eating healthier. That's it. No pills or powders or gym equipment or books or memberships. Dude started being able to only do 5 mins a day, then 10 minutes a day, then 15-20 then mastered it.


If you not jumping, you bull shytting.

If you jumped 20-60 mins a day for 2 months you'd be good .
