For reference the men’s qualifying time in the 100m for the London Olympics 2012 was 10.18 secs.
Usain Bolt has the record at 9.58 secs.
For regulars 13-14 secs is hauling. 11 secs and under is fast enough where you should be competing

in high school I ran an 10.9 100 meter, which was just okay. I still run sprints and I trail run now, but haven’t actually timed a 100 meter. I honestly might be able to get to the same time or near it. But I could see something blowing out so I’d never try it![]()
