Bruh.... Any damn way. I didn't have a choice:
I grew up near the water and took swimming classes in preschool.

Then in regular school it was *mandatory* in gym class.

My best friend had a pool...

And I was on the sailing team, we sailed in 40 feet of water in teeny tiny 2 person sailboat that was an inch out the damn water... Can you imagine being in some shyt like this KNOWING the water below you is 40 feet deep? I ain't really had a choice about swimming. Main thing @ProBlack Panther is to NEVER panic in water. You can do it. Just go to the local Y or JCC.

As someone who knows how to swim, I can't imagine what it must feel like for someone who can't. It's as instinctual as riding a bike for me. I just enter some water and automatically start floating.

I can swim though, I can do cartwheels and back flips too y'all better go take them swimming lessons before it's too late..drowning is one of the worst ways to die.

Thats the main reason why i want to learn. I mean how utterly stupid would it be for an able bodied full adult male to lose his life in 8ft of water because he couldnt swim. I cant go out like that brehs

I swim far out in the ocean and body surf the waves. Swam in great white territory once without realizing it. My uncle told me it's one of the world's most dangerous places for shark attacks . I'm never swimming there again but i still swim about 1000 ft away from it
