If you go to Flatbush Brooklyn and then go to Bed Stuy Brooklyn there is something off in the speech pattern. Can’t quite make it out. It’s only hard to tell when the person is either too ghetto or too educated cause at that point they all sound the same

It’s not a specific rule it’s a general rule. I’ve met Sanagalese who look AA and I’ve met AAs who were accused of being West Indian

I live in Ohio so i don't see many haitians anymore. but when i was living in Florida i worked with several of them.

I can tell if a nikka if from my small town from the rip, I can tell where nikkas is from wherever. I can even see if you Igbo, Turk, or not from the rip. I used to trip foreign whites out with the skill.
