Been at the gym
the last couple months but I'm seeing no real results...I'm still scrawny. 
I'm wondering if I'm not lifting enough (though I try to lift about as much as I can, which is like 130
), not eating enough, or not lifting often enough (I usually go 2-3 times a week).

) you'll probably start off eating around 2500-3000 a day. I had to force myself to eat.
