Shoot me a list. The top players from that era.
You didn't say TOP PLAYERS but I'll give you a list of similar players, Alex English, Kiki Vandeweghe, Kelly Tripuka, George Gervin, Jamal Wilkes, just to name a few. All skinny, "soft", jump shooters who averaged over 20 plus points and were all stars. If they can survive......

Don't make me list lesser players who survived. Back in the days are overrated.

So MJ, Bird, Magic, Shaq, David Robinson, Malone, Isaiah and the like wouldn't absolute smash a team of new school cats? You have to be joking right now. Get your basketball IQ up. The late 80s to 90s was the NBAs golden era.

:mjlol:Sure 2 of the best shooters to ever play the game wouldn't have translated

The NBA was far more physical at that particular point. Furthermore, the mental aspect of the game was beyond the comprehension of these dudes now a days who are all buddy buddy laughing and smiling against their 'opponents.' I don't see them being as effective then. Just like Dwight Howard, he would not dominate as a big man in the late 80s or 90s.

Well Dwight is one we can agree on. He's just not that skilled a big man & clearly isn't very mentally tough. Steph on the other hand is very skilled & is arguably the best shooter ever. Ball & rim are still the same size

Might want your image to be visible...
My bad breh, guess they didn't upload correctly from my phone :russ:. Basically I think the narrative is a little overblown when Magic & Bird (faces of possibly the biggest rivalry in NBA history) were very good friends, Isiah & Magic used to kiss on the court. These are some of the fiercest competitors the game's ever seen & they were doing this stuff in the finals @Labadi_Mantse

You keep changing your posts. First you said cats today wouldn't survive, I didn't agreed with you, then you said something about TOP players and list them, I did that for you and now you're talking asking me if Zeke and them wouldn't smash these cats. Yo, get outta here, you're all over the place. I said NOTHING about them dudes. Bottomine is this....Curry and these other dude WOULD survive BACK THEN. Get my knowledge up? Niqqa I LIVED that era so I know what I'm saying all too well.

I lost for replying. As you were breh.

These cats would've been ate up in the late 80s- 90s NBA.

No they wouldn't have. Go look at the cats from the 80's and 90's who survived, they weren't the toughest dudes by FAR.

Shoot me a list. The top players from that era.

You cats can't read. Your last sentence was back in the day was overrated so I make a list of the guys from back in the day and ask you if you believe they wouldn't smash a team of new school cats since it was overrated back in the day. Get it?

Furthermore, why wouldn't we discuss top players off top since klay and steph are widely considered top players in today's game? They aren't role players like horaneck and others. Common sense says compare them to other top players of eras past.

Hopefully with this post you can figure things out for yourself. The guys you listed, were they top 2 of 3 players in the league at that time? Minus George gervin that's a no. how can u even compare gervin who shot 27 percent from three for his career to steph and klay?
