The honeymoon period for this seems to be waning, with no rank based matchups, no cross play (borderline unforgivable) and the power stone issues....people are glad to have the games but disappointed with key things so far.

My biggest gripe is the netcode. The rollbacks are atrocious and the lack of a ping filter is appalling. Players in the CvS2 discord were complaining about netcode too
Capcom with all their money and resources should’ve put extra care in the netcode. We basically paying $40 to not have input issues like there is with Fightcade

Capcom needs to keep using theses fighting collections and keep pumping them out. Being able to play the Power Stones proper and Project Justice on modern systems was worth the money to me and a smart way to preserve history. I hear the online is bad though I rarely play online.

Same. I just get these games to play local multiplayer with the family. Sucks if the online is weak and thats what you bought it for though.

i've hopped into CVS2 and will continue to but i'm never gonna play CVS1, and have had tons of versions of alpha 3 including anniversary collection, on this very same xsx
i find myself playing 5-6 matches on CVS2 then going back to SF6
