Rogers beat Stark in Civil War?
That's not how i remember it unless we're talkin about some what-if story (like the secret wars tie-in a month ago)... or like a moral victory.

This is how the confrontation went the first time they met in the original Civil War back in 2006:

And then the second time they fought in which Steve "won". Spoiler b/c there's a character in there that plays a big part who i'm not sure may be given that same role in this film.
