Breh you know damn well Shazam is out next month.
I'm skipping that movie. It looks like pure camp. Feel like Adam West's Batman will show up dancing like.
The Arnold will appear as mr freeze and say
we've come too far to go back to those type of comicbook movies
Did anybody have an issue of how she got her powers?
Like she was just an ordinary human who got hit with a power core energy blast. Wouldn't she just die?
Why not have Marvell give her something that would allow her to sustain the blast? At least they would be linked to each other in a better way.
Also what is the movie explanation of her being able to go binary? Simply taking off the Kree nicotine patch?
Yeah that kinda seemed cheap
Cuz that would’ve been predictable and trolls and haters have drove these companies to a point where they feel they gotta tweak certain simple things just so they can be different or throw you off the trail
Yes, I thought that was straight forward
So instead of being predictable, they don't write any reason at all? That makes sense how? Haters & trolls gonna let that slide?
All this is speculation.
The only one that can give you a better solid answer is @wire28
The world is closer now than it’s ever been and the next step up is going to Twitter and asking them directly
But for coli purposes, they wrote their reason. Now whether you accept it or not is a personal choice.
How does it not make sense?
Haters and trolls finna hate and troll regardless.... they maybe (speculation) trynna minimize the level and amount of times it’s done for
How did a mere human have the ability to not only withstand the force of that blast, but also absorb the energy from it?
What was the explanation given?
Why didn't Barry just die instead of becoming the Flash?
Why did Dr. Manhattan die when exposed to radical elements instead of becoming a god?
Why didn't Banner die from radiation instead of becoming the Hulk?
Along came an itsy bitsy Spider for Peter Parker...
We could go on and on about humans being exposed to freak accidents and becoming superheroes/villains/antis. Hardly the hill you want to die on. :OhDamn2:
That's how Wanda and Quicksilver got their powers but from the Mind Stone.
What she did in the movie doesn't equate to Binary in the comics, I think it was just her powers at their max for that time.
She could have been on the brink of death but Yon-Rogg infused her with his blood and Kree are known to be very durable.
My headcannon is that the infinity stones have a will of their own.
Lab accidents & radiation is a solid reason
These things wouldn't result in immediate death.
They only needed to add a little bit more detail to make it comic book feasible.
You're backpedaling now breh, your original point was that it was improbable for a normal human to survive an explosion and become a superpowered individual. I gave plenty of accidents that would be lethal for anyone else, one of which was also an explosion, that resulted in superpowered individuals.
Explosions, bites, lightning bolts, exposure to toxic chemicals, etc. it all flies.
this movie fukking sucked at everything i almost walked out this shyt
movies that have been re-shot and had scripts changed out had a better flow than this boring thing... its not even just brie. everyone is terrible or phoning it in. even SYFY doesn't put together action this bland and stiff.
saw it, thought it was i put it on par with thor 1 and 2
