If home prices go down, demand is going to go way up and there's going to be a bidding war. Good for the seller, bad for the buyer.

240K house in 2021 @ 2.65% = $967

240K house in 2023 @ 7.939% = $1,751

At current interest rates, prices would need to go down by half/50%+

We got $15K on the trade in so it wasn't too bad

I don't know how this plays out.

But an interest rate cut alone to like 4% would probably do it too.

Its end of the year, right now is the perfect time to buy a car. Prices are going down. They will spike up again after new years so get what you can now

Also depends on the car; if you want something from the Big 3 or a Truck, you're straight. If you want a hybrid from Toyota/Lexus, good luck.
