Anyone else having success with this? I lost 25lbs since mid May while preserving lean muscle.
Its def a good way to cut, I used it on my last cut to somewhat good results
Can be used to bulk as well
Im def gonna do it on my big cut next year
You do the same thing... go carb heavy on lift days (or the night before you lift), go light on rest daysI never tried it on a bulk can you give any details on how u bulk off it?
) & i made my schedule for only having classes on T & Thurs. I'll be having 11 hour Tuesdays (not including commuting) & 8 hour Thursdays (not including commuting). should work out alright.
