You should be able to cook a bomb Dominican meal without these heart-attack inducing sodium packets.

One of my favorite things about Caribbean food is finding the different ethnic influences from which the dishes originated so this is an interesting post.

And yea, DR cuisine isn't spicy (and I love spicy food) but we make some fire pepper sauces, so that's funny.

That being said, Dominican food is the best to me but I do like a few Trini dishes, bake and shark being my absolute favorite.
