Yo Phil is the pres right. Just tell the nikka you moving in a different direction

Hoe ass bytch front office, scared of a player

Now its Melo's fault if he don't wanna uproot his family and shyt. fukk outta here yo
the problem wit that is if you directly tell a guy that can't be traded "hey get the fukk out", he'll just sit and take money up WITHOUT even trying to play. At least the man is actively doing something for the Knicks currently.

This is a two-sided problematic situation, the Knicks are an outright embarrassment of a franchise and Carmelo is at a point where he refuses to leave this team and allow them to completely reset, but still gives the organization alot of blame when he can leave whenever. You can't remark about being a loser and then keep on staying at a loser place.

It's a rare situation tbh. The player literally has no interest in anything changing even though the team is terrible The Knicks giving him this contract was just so incredibly stupid its honestly really fascinating. This is a franchise who traded two first round picks for Eddy Curry and this is making that look tame in comparison.

This isn't that bad..... trust me.

Melo is going to start getting booed heavily, and we may see this revisited during FA where more teams will be able to just absorb his contract or do a sign and trade......

Regardless this is a weird situation, but as long as Phil ignores him as they focus on the tank and support the coach over Melo (who they want to agree to leave) it'll be alright even if Melo stays.

Yall can't keep saying Melo refuses to leave, when the front office has never said they want him to leave. Like I said before Phil had the opportunity today. He would have the organization and the media behind him, and Melo is not gonna stay where he isn't wanted. But obviously Phil has not expressed that.

Why is he gonna uproot his family and move when behind closed doors the organization is saying we want you here?

Melo doesn't want to shoulder the burden of winning. That's why he won't leave this situation. Had he gone a contender and they lost he would have to deal with real scrutiny. Instead, he milked the whole loyalty/incompetent F.O. bit for all it was worth. People are just finally starting to see past his BS.

Phil has clearly done everything in power short of actually say he wants Melo gone lol. Do you really think that dikkhead Phil is kissing up to Melo outside of face to face? Hell no, he's just trying not to be the one that eventually breaks in this scenario. Carmelo has all the leverage, Phil doesn't.

And I also refuse to believe Carmelo can't tell that he's wanted to leave either. Melo is stubborn as hell, he wont break either, definitely not while being paid out the ass to basically keep on losing and allow Porzingis to have some share of the offense.

be a man and say u want him gone or stfu
all the stuff melo hears is chatty patty shyt
he would be dumb to make decisions before checking with the source
every time he check with the source, he says he wants him here
and he has said over and over again, he wants to be in ny unless he is no longer wanted by management

everything was going smoothly until phil started running his mouth about posses's and ball hogs smh

He said he isn't waiving the NTC..... that is basically ending the conversation. Phil needs to basically build the team around KP and stop taking Melo into consideration. shyt maybe bench him and trade everybody else. If Phil really wants it he is going to likely treat Melo Like an unwanted guest,

Phil never asked him to waive the NTC tho. He said like 1000 times ima be here as long as they want me here. I don't see how people can see that as refusing to leave.
