So people are just gonna act like Melo didn't lead his team to the WCF?

Don't say might be. You know you stretching that shyt. Love ain't better than Melo.

A lot of cats in this thread acting like JJ Reddikk or Tyreke Evans just said this shyt. Melo is one of the better offensive players in the NBA. The Knicks actually have talent too. I don't understand why nikkas laughing like Melo just announced he's gonna walk across the Atlantic

he is talented but he aint a number 1 on a title team. awaits neg reps

In no order of the top of my head
Bron
Rose
Paul
Howard
Kobe
Wade
Durant
D. Williams
Love might be pushing it with this but
Westbrook

As a melo Stan I can agree with this list, last year all those guys were better.

But we all know melo was hurt last year. We all know melo doesn't score 20 a game on 40% shooting which is where he was at most of the year.

Melo is a 25-28 8 and 3 to 4 guy on 45+ %shooting type of player

We seen normal melo in April when he got healthy.

I just hate that some of ya'll of ya'll posters act like it's a walk in the park to avg 25 a game for a career.

nikkas up here act like melo is bum status.

26 and 13 shooting 45% and 37% from 3, last year love was a better player than Melo. :manny:

If you take a healthy Love over a healthy Melo then something is wrong with you. I'm tempted to say the same about Howard too because I'd take Melo over that dude too.

Folks said the same shyt about Bron as the reason he signed with the Heat, but look what happened. I don't get why he couldn't be a number 1. He's never shied away from big moments. He's shown he can rebound and pass. Even with defense being his weakness he played fairly good D on Bron when they were 1 on 1.

Right now, Bron is a better player than Kobe, but I would still take healthy Kobe over a healthy Bron. But with that being said, go ahead and neg me, I'd take Love over Melo right now. I know for sure what I'm gonna get from Love, can't say the same for Melo. :to: cry me a river nikka

Is drose? Is Durant? Cp3? Howard ?All these guys never won a ring

it aint about the rings its their games he just doesn't have the game of a number 1. Everyone on the list except Paul can win a title as the guy. The basis of his game is around his jumper which he cant make at a consistent rate and needs a ton of shots to get his points. Can he board yeah but does he want to consistently he has too much dont give a fukk in him for me to take any statement especially this he makes seriously.

I dont question his mentality its his effort thats a problem and I wanted him here. On the Bron tip I questioned the talented around him and his mental strength still do BTW.

Love plays in the West B. Timberwolves would easily be a playoff team in the East.

See this the hypocrisy that I see on this forum..... We gonna give Kevin love a pass for not making the playoffs cause the west is tough, but we gonna birdman throw melo in the bushes cause he couldn't get out of the first round when the west was even tougher??
