Nikka, all she has to do is take your ass to court. If you're not getting garnished for child support, that's not you checking any hoe. That's you being extremely lucky to have landed a woman who isn't vindictive. Bruh I feel ya. Even with me being on CS I have not had many issues. Handle your business and you will have it sort of easy. I give my 2 daughters, well did but their older now, but was giving them like $150 a piece for their bdays and Xmas outside of what I was giving their mothers and that was just money for their pockets. These dudes on here talking reckless are the ones who have the issues. She controls the situation yeah the custodial do but keep receipts and records of everything you do. I went to court for a review and nothing changed when I presented the evidence. These dude defending this nicca like he they close relative or something. I know it is 2 sides to every story but I do know if you are doing what you are suppose to be doing these issues would not keep coming up, and they keep coming up for him for a reason.
