Also I dont know how the hell a post about Carmen Byran went to 9 pages but I'll just say this:

I'll never forget expert which soemone posted on the old site about Carmen talking about Ether and Superugly. She basically said that when Super Ugly aired Nas and Jungle were laughing and even said to Carmen "Come get your boyfriend off the radio Carm" because at that point she said that Nas felt he won and this was Jay reaching. At that point Nas had known about her and Jay for years and if anything she was more pissed off he wasnt pissed off.

That's essentially what stems the beef for Carmen with both of them. Remember she called her book Hip Hop's Helen of Troy. What burns her up all these years later is she felt both dudes would fight for her honor and they both kinda moved on.

here is the thing that eats jay stans up so much.... they think nas vs jay should not even be a discussion. jay got the money, bey,awards,etc..... and yet nas still gets mentioned in the same G.O.A.T conversation as jay
